Essential Qualification: Masters Degree in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering Physics, or Material Sciences with First Class / Division ie minimum 60% or 55% for SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) / EWS / Differently-abled candidates). Additionally, the candidate must have qualified NET/GATE score with AIR < 500
