Technical Member
Essential Qualification : The qualifications, eligibility, salary and other terms and conditions of the appointment of a candidate for the post of Technical Member will be governed by the provisions of the Tribunals (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021. A person shall not be qualified for appointment as the Technical Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal
