Post Name: Operator-cum-Technician Trainee

Essential Qualification: Matriculation & Three years full time Diploma in Engineering from Govt. recognized institute in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics & Instrumentation discipline.

Post Name: Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler)

Essential Qualification: Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in engineering from Govt. recognized Institute with 1st Class Certificate of Boiler Competency.

Post Name: Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee (AITT)

Essential Qualification: Matriculation and passed All India Trade Test conducted by NCVT, Govt. of India after completing the stipulated period of training as Trade Apprentices in an Integrated Steel Plant.

Recruitment Details

Steel Authority of India Ltd invites application for various posts. Total 463 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number BSL/R/2019-04. The minimum age limit is 18 and the maximum age limit ranges to 32, depending on the specific post. Please look at the Official Notification for the age limits mentioned for each post. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability and Ex-Servicemen will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, PWBD Quota, Economically Weaker Sections, Unreserved and Ex-servicemen . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional and All India level. There will be a Physical Test. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Bokaro, Jharkhand, India, 829301.
