North Eastern Council Secretariat invites applications for the following posts via Deputation :

Post Name : Research Officer (Planning)

Essential Qualification : Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union Territories

(1) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department

(2) With Five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in the scale pay of Rs. 6500

(3) Masters Degree in Statistics or Operations Research or Mathematics or Economics or Commerce from a recognized University or equivalent

Essential Work Experience : Three years experience in collection, compilation, analysis and interpretation of statistical data.
