Government of Assam invites online application from eligible candidates for admission in Diploma programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -
Course name: Polytechnic Diploma(Lateral Entry)
Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed the H.S.L.C. or its equivalent examination in a single sitting (without grace marks in Science and Mathematics and also has to pass both theory and practical/ Internal Assessment individually) with Mathematics and Science as compulsory subjects with minimum of:
40% of average marks in Mathematics and Science - for General candidates.
35% of average marks in Mathematics and Science - for SC candidates.
33% of average marks in Mathematics and Science - for ST candidates
