Post Name: Head, Personnel and General Administration

Essential Qualification: Officers of Central Govt/Central Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertaking(PSU)/Public Sector Banks(PSBs):-

• Holding analogous post in Personnel and General Administration/HR in the Level-12 of the Pay Matrix on regular basis in the parent cadre or

• Supervisory Officer capacity (Senior Administrative Officer or equivalent) in Level-11 of the Pay Matrix with minimum 5 years experience in relevant area

• Graduation from a recognised University

Essential Work Experience: Experience in dealing with Administration, Human Resource, Establishment matters in Central Government/Central PSU/Central Autonomous Bodies//PSBs (Thorough knowledge of Rules/Regulations in Government of India Guidelines)
