Kerala Development and Innovation Strategy Council invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Senior Programme Executive

Essential Qualification:

1. Regular Masters in any Science, Applied Science, Journalism, Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Technology, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Education, Social Work from a reputed academic institution with First Class Graduation in any discipline with 3 years of experience in managing programmes at the State/District level in Government organisations or Autonomous institutions. Or

2. First class graduation in any discipline with 5 years of experience in managing programmes at the State/ District level in Government organisations or Autonomous institutions.

Essential Work Experience: 

1. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, written as well as spoken.

2. Good Logical, Analytical and Critical Reasoning abilities, as evidenced through analytical and reasoning tests.

3. Advanced Computer Skills, as evidenced through a practical test.

Desirable:

1. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of deadline driven activities.

2. Ability to efficiently manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across various Project locations.

3. Passionate about innovation.
