Post Name: Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification: Diploma/ BCA /BSc or higher in relevant area, with five years of relevant experience.

Essential Work Experience: Minimum five years experience in

  • Installation, management and maintenance of desktop and server Operating systems in Windows and Linux.

  • NETWORKING management and configuration of firewalls, routers, core and edge switches.

  • Installation maintenance and management of IP phones and IP phone servers.

Desirable:

  • CCNA/CCNP

  • Certified ethical hacker.

 

Post Name: Senior Technical Assistant

Essential Qualification:

  • B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc or higher in relevant area, with 5 years of relevant experience or

  • Diploma/BCA/B.SC or higher in relevant area, with 10 years of relevant experience.

Desirable:

  • CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification

  • Certified Incident Handler(GCIH)

  • Certified Intrusion Analyst (GIAC)

  • Certified Ethical hacker (CEH)

  • Experience in NOC / SOC, SIEM monitoring, purchaserelated activities, Office Documentation and analysis.

  • Experience with any of the SIEM (Alienvault, QRadar, Splunk, Nitro, etc.), SOAR (Resilient, Demisto, ServiceNOW, etc.), Ticketing (JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
