Post Name: Research Associate

Essential Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised University

Essential Work Experience:

  1. One (01) to three (03) years of work experience in the areas of Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Family Law or Criminal Law with demonstrable evidence of research and writing ability

  2. Strong, foundational understanding of the domain studied at the graduate level

  3. Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English

  4. Knowledge of Kannada is desired

  5. Analytical and Research skills, collation skills, communication skills (written and oral), time-management skills

  6. Ability to use different legal research databases

  7. Proficiency in the use of G-Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  8. Ability to work in a team

Desirable:

  1. Masters Degree in Law from a recognised University

  2. Experience as a researcher, in the area of Human Rights, Women’s Rights, Family Law or Criminal Law
