Institute of Forest Biodiversity invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project Fellow

Essential Qualification: 

  • 1st Class MSc Botany/MSc Forestry/Environmental Science with specialization in Ecology

  • 1st Class MSc Agriculture (Soil Science)/MSc Chemistry/MSc Forestry)

  • Knowledge of English(Speak, read, write)

  • Capable to work in field and laboratory

  • Computer proficiency Intermediate in MS Office

  • Capable of extensive touring in forest areas for the collection of data/information.

Desirable: 

(i) Knowledge in Computer Applications and Statistics

(ii) Capable of extensive touring in forest areas for the collection of data/information

(iii) Working knowledge of data analysis software

(iv) Seed Processing and storage for germplasm conservation and Proficiency in computers
