Bihar Public Service Commission invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Essential Qualification:
(i) District Prosecution Officer of Bihar Prosecution Service or its equivalent or holding a senior post. In the unusual situation of non-availability of eligible officers to apply for the selection of the above category, the selection of officers of the level of Sub-Divisional Prosecution Officer (S.G.R.) / Additional Public Prosecutor (S.G.R.) will be considered. In the year to be selected, it is mandatory for such officers to be upgraded in the pay scale Pay Level-13 (Unrevised PB 4 + GP 8700).
Essential Work Experience: At least 10 years experience in the Bihar Prosecution Service.
