Ministry of External Affairs invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Consultant (ED Division)
Essential Qualification:
(i) Have a Post Graduate Degree in Law (LLM) from a reputed/recognized institution in India or abroad.
(ii) Possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience post-LLM
(iii) It is essential that applicants should be registered to practice before the courts in India.
Desirable:
(i) Previous experience in handling issues in the field of investment treaty arbitration or investment treaty law etc. in the Government of India.
(ii) Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
(iii) Proficiency in the use of computers (Word, Excel, Power Point Etc.).
