Essential Qualification:

  • The Doctors should have own consulting room/clinic with necessary facilities in the respective area. Doctors Possessing MBBS Degree and at least 2 years of experience are eligible to apply.

  • Doctors possessing Post-Graduate Degree in the relevant discipline/specialty, with a minimum 2 years of experience after the Post-Graduate Degree and having own Consulting Room/ Nursing Home are eligible to apply for empanelment.
