Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any of the following:-

1. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIRUGCNET including Lectureshipand GATE

2. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Department and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISC, IISER etc.

Desirable Qualification: Masters degree in Microbiology/ Zoology/Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/ Biotechnologyor related areas of Life Sciences and prior research project experience.

Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification: Qualification prescribed for JRF with two years of research experience.

Desirable Qualification: At least one first author research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.Masters degree in Microbiology/ Zoology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/Biotechnology or related areas of Life Sciences and prior research project experience in areas related to the project.

Post Name: Laboratory Assistant

Essential Qualification: B.Sc/ 3 years Diploma in Engineering and Technology.

Desirable Qualification: Routine laboratory skills, inventory management and maintenance, well versed computer software like MS Office (Word, Excel), bench skills in molecular biological techniques, handling of Drosophila stocks or mouse colony.
