Manipur Public Service Commission invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant Public Prosecutor (District)

Essential Qualification: Bachelors degree in Law of a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience: 

  • 3 (three) years experience at the Bar. OR

  • 5 (five) years experience in a Government Department or Court (including Revenue Court) in a post involving duties connected with Legal Advocacy Legislation, Criminal investigation, Litigation and Court work (if part of the period of 5 years has been spent in practice at the Bar that period will also be counted for this alternative qualifications).

Desirable: Knowledge of Manipuri (Qualification relaxable at the discretion of the Selection Comitte in case of candidates otherwise well qualified)

Recruitment Details

Manipur Public Service Commission invites application for various posts. Total 11 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 02/2021. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 40 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes and Government Servant/Departmental Candidate will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. The selection process will include an Interview process. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Manipur, India, 795009.
