Post Name: Legal Consultant
Essential Qualification: Bachelors Degree of Law/ Masters Degree of Law or equivalent from a reputed and recognized University or Institution.
Essential Work Experience: Minimum 05 years of relevant post qualification work experience inter-alia including:
In-depth knowledge in the field of IPR especially in the domain of Copyrights and Design
Experience in matters related to amendments of laws, rules and bye-laws.
Experience in handling legal matters and Court Cases pertaining to Copyrights related matters.
Experience in handling financial and monitoring aspects of Govt. Policy and Scheme matters especially policy management and implementation.
Experience in the field of international treaties and conventions pertaining to Copyrights and Design.
Desirable: Preference will be given to Masters Degree.
