(1) Graduate degree from a recognised university
(2) Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis
(i) With 3 years regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 10 (7th CPC) / PB-3 (pre-revised)15600-39100 with Grade Pay 5400/-
(ii) With 5 years regular service in the Pay Matrix Level – 8 (7th CPC) / PB-2 (pre-revised) 9300-34800 with Grade Pay 4800/-
(iii) With 8 years regular service in the Pay Matrix Level –6 (7th CPC) Pay Band – 2 (pre-revised) 9300-34800 with Grade Pay 4200/-.
(3) Administrative experience in Managerial capacity in Human Resources Development.
(4) Diploma in Management.
