Desirable: Masters Degree in Dairy Science or Dairy Microbiology from a recognized University or lnstitute.
Essential Work Experience: Five years experience as Technical Officer or Dairy Technologist or Assistant Production Manager or Production Manager in a dairy plant or as Deputy Manager or Manager in a Milk Federation or Union.
