Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment

Assistant Director Commercial

Essential Qualification:

i) M. Com/CA/ICWA with Bachelors Degree in Commerce/ Finance from a recognized University/Institute; or

ii) MBA in Finance or equivalent degree (equivalence letter issued by UGC) with Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Finance from a recognized University/Institute.

Desirable:

i) Minimum 20 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years experience at senior level position, head of finance / accounts dept. of any organization preferably from a Research institute/ Autonomous Bodies.

ii) Taxation, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, PC / Internet skill, Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

iii) Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.

iv) Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

v) Knowledge of statutory compliance and asset management, Export & import documentation. Trial balance.

vi) Computer skills :Knowledge of computer skills is must such as Microsoft office,Tally,ERP etc.
