Essential Qualification:

BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech in Ceramic / Mechanical / Production / Material Science / Metallurgical and Material / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent with CSIR-UGC NET / NET-LS / GATE / Selection process through National level Examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as MHRD / IIT / IISc / IISER etc. or
MSc in Physics / Chemistry / Material Science / Applied Optics and Photonics or equivalent from a recognized university with CSIR-UGC NET / NET-LS / GATE / Selection process through National level Examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as MHRD / IIT / IISc / IISER etc.

Desirable: Knowledge in Ceramics and manufacturing processes or optical metrology and characterization.

Place of Interview: CSIR-Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute 196, Raja S C Mullick Road, Kolkata-700032, West Bengal, India
