Essential Qualification: Masters degree o f a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a compulsory elective subject or as m edium of exam ination at the Bachelors Degree level and Masters Degree of a recognized university in any subject other than Hindi/English, with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and other as compulsory/elective subject at the Bachelors Degree level.

Essential Work Experience: Two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central Government or State Government.
