Essential Qualification :

(1) Bachelors Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject /combination of subject and in aggregate. Candidate have studied mathematics in all three years of Graduation with any two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics

(2) In case of an Hon. Degree in Mathematics, the candidate should have studied Mathematics in all three years of Graduation with at least 50 % marks in aggregate.

(3) B Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

(4) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by Central Govt CBSE or State Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by State Government in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

(5) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.

Desirable :

(1) Candidate possessing PG Degree or any other higher qualification will be given preference.

(2) Candidate with experience of teaching in residential school, ability to teach through English medium and proficiency in games as well as in co-curricular activities will be given preference.

(3) Candidate with knowledge of computer applications will be given preference.
