National Health Systems Resource Centre invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment :
Post Name : Senior Consultant (Public Health)
Essential Qualification :
(1) MBBS with Public Health Post graduate Qualification (MPH/ PG Diploma in Public Health)
(2) BDS/BAMS/BHMS/MSW/ Master in social sciences/Para medical with Post graduation in Public Health (MPH/ PG Diploma in Public Health) from recognized institutions of UGC /AICTE.
Essential Work Experience :
(1) 3+ Years of Post Qualification work experience
(2) 5+ Years or more Post Qualification Work Experience
Desirable :
(1) Proficiency in computers, specifically - familiarity with commonly used software like MS Office software, software packages (like R,Python etc.) and ICT in health.
(2) Excellent communication and presentation skills, excellent data analytics skill, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi is also desirable.
(3) Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
(4) Willingness to travel to States / UTs and districts to provide technical assistance and ability to work on different assignments simultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments.
(5) Preference would be given to the candidate having experience of working with Centre / State / UT health department.
(6) Understand the functional and technical requirements from the departments (Centre, State / UT and other involved stakeholders) for implementation of programme and preparation / revision of register, formats, guidelines, protocol, user manuals and other documents to meet the requirements.
(7) Liaison with senior officers of the Government / Ministry to operationalize MCTS / RCH systems.
